powercard terms

OFFER GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS:

1.         For Maximum Value to your business, OFFERS need to be structured in such a way to allow repeat usage.

2.         The terms & conditions of your OFFER must be clear and simple.

3.         Updates and changer to OFFERS can be made two (2) times within the POWER CARD year at no additional charge. You must submit changes in writing and allow up to 5 business days for posting changes on the web.

4.         Any changes in your offer over the allotted two(2) times will be subject to a processing fee of $25 per change.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. The POWER CARD program is ONLY available to EXHIBITORS who participate in the 2008 Expo. 

2. The POWER CARD will be valid for a one year term beginning 10/10/08 through 9/30/09.

3. Businesses must honor their offer during the entire one year period.

4. Offers must be an added VALUE for customers.

5. All offers must be approved by Erie Promotions and Expos, Inc and the FWO Show Committee.

6. Participation in the POWER CARD program can be canceled with a 30 day written notice to Erie

Promotions & Expos Inc. (No refunds will be issued)

7. Participating Businesses will assume full responsibility for this Offer and any disputes arising

from the Offer. Your business will hereby release and discharge Erie Promotions & Expos,

Inc. and their officers and employees from any and all claims, damages, suites, debts, judgments,

injuries, liabilities, demands, costs, and attorney' s fees arising from your contracted offer.
